WALLUKS STONE SURFACE PROTECTOR WATERPROOF MATERIAL                                      FOR INTERIOR & EXTERIOR WALL &  FLOORING

Stone sealer is used for travertine, marble, limestone, and shellstone. This sealant protects surfaces from stains, dirt mold, mildew and other contaminates that are potentially harmful to the material. Marble is an extremely dense stone formed by calcareous sedimentary deposits formed in seas or lakes around 100 million years ago. Marble has many uses today as stone sealers are used to protect the natural beauty of this stone

.

Without this protective barrier it would be difficult to keep stains from being absorbed into the stone, and over time this would cause damage to the surface and appearance of the stone. This article is going to cover travertine, marble, limestone, and shellstone which all have a porous nature that requires a protective barrier in order for you to protect their natural beauty.

Natural stones most time carry intensive traffic. Consequently, they wear down. Needless to say, you don’t prefer to see your natural stone surfaces deformed and scratches on it. This is why they need special protective applications. The natural stone crystallization process is exactly what you need. This is an ultimate maintenance process that can be performed on all kinds of natural stone surfaces. As the crystallization process provides an attractive appearance and great protection on floors, for places that have heavy guest traffic, we ensure you that it is a need, not a luxury application.

One of the reasons natural stone is the best stone for exterior walls is its low maintenance requirement. However, “low maintenance” does not mean “no maintenance.”

  • Sealing: While many stones are durable naturally, applying a penetrating sealer can prevent the absorption of pollutants and water. This is particularly recommended for lighter-colored types of stone for exterior walls in urban environments to prevent smog staining.

  • Cleaning: Exterior stone should be washed periodically with water and pH-neutral cleaners. Avoid acidic cleaners on Travertine and Marble, as they can etch the surface.

  • Inspection: Every few years, the facade should be inspected for loose grout or sealant failure.

By following these simple steps, a stone facade for wall applications can last for centuries, retaining its value and beauty.
